We buy fresh Pueblo Chiles from Lulu's farm stand down the road and infuse in our white Italian balsamic, resulting a bright green balsamic with wonderful heat and sweetness. Marinate pork, make a spicy mezcal margarita, or create your own chile-forward sauce or marinade. Along with our Palisade Peach, this is our signature Colorado flavor. Seasonal availability.

Boulder Olive Oil Company is Colorado’s go-to source for the finest extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, along with fine cheeses, spices, culinary gifts, and much more at our flagship store in Boulder.
We believe real, fresh ingredients speak for themselves, and craft our infused balsamic vinegars using balsamic vinegar imported from Modena, Italy and fresh produce… and nothing else. More difficult? Definitely! But we guarantee you can taste the difference between real fruit and bulk flavorings added by other companies.
And our olive oils? Each year our team visits farms in Greece, Italy, Spain and the US to taste dozens of olive oils. We are also thrilled to partner with small companies like our local Boulder friends at Wildly Virgin to showcase their award-winning Portuguese varietals.
We now offer wholesale extra virgin olive oils, fruit-infused balsamic vinegars, and handcrafted salt and spice blends, in perfect sizes for your retail store, including TSA-friendly 100ml.
